Members/Advertisers agree that they are purchasing a product in the form of advertising To forum Members. All transactions are final(No Refunds) and instantly fulfilled since we place the banner adds or set up the mailer with your advert, this fulfills Our service to it's Members/Advertisers giving no reason or merit for any charge-backs. Since services are instantly fulfilled upon purchasing, any claim for charge-backs will be considered as a fraudulent act. If upon purchase of our services you and are not happy, Members/Advertisers agree that they will contact the MCFS Administration before doing anything else.
